Cobalt Named Customer Service Team of the Year Finalist

Cobalt's customer support team receives honor from the American Business Awards

SEATTLE, May 26, 2009 - Cobalt, the leading provider of digital marketing services to the automotive industry, today announced that it has been named a finalist for Customer Service Team of the Year by American Business Awards, the nation's premier business awards program.

Cobalt was chosen as the Stevie® Award winner for the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year category in the third annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service earlier this year and a finalist in two other categories.

Cobalt uses independent survey organizations to conduct satisfaction and loyalty surveys to ensure their employees provide prompt, courteous, and quality support to all Cobalt customers. Cobalt is also a four-time winner of the Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) Award presented by CustomerSat, Inc.

Stevie Award winners will be announced during the annual gala on Monday, June 22 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. Six hundred executives from across the U.S.A. are expected to attend. The ceremonies will be broadcast on radio nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network and hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network.
