 Cobalt provides DMS data management to dealers and OEMs via its Integralink division. IntegraLink is the largest independent aggregator of dealership management system (DMS) data in North America; it gathers data from more than 15,000 auto dealerships in the U.S., Canada and Mexico that use more than 40 dealership management systems, each with its own data format and connection requirements.
IntegraLink serves multiple OEMs, including four of the five largest in the U.S. In addition, IntegraLink’s clients include numerous marketing, CRM, analytics and vehicle management companies.
Integralink DMS extraction capabilities include:
- Data normalization, including analysis and understanding of each DMS data structure
- Labor operation normalization and VIN decoding services
- Non-destructive data collection – this service creates a copy of the data from each system and does not add, alter or delete any files in the dealer’s system
- The Global Automotive Integration Network (GAIN) is a centralized Web service that routes data and real-time transactions between dozens of otherwise incompatible business software applications and service providers.
