Dealix Corp. said today that it has partnered with Microsoft Corp.'s MSN Autos Web portal to become the site's sales provider of leads.
MSN Autos will begin using Dealix's new- and used-vehicle quote system in the third quarter.
"Our collaboration with MSN Autos will help provide new-car dealers with the highest quality and volume of leads, helping dealerships sell more cars and giving shoppers the information they need," Anna Zornosa, Dealix's general manager, said in a statement.
Dealix, of Redwood City, Calif., sells sales leads to dealerships and has partnerships with several third-party auto Web sites, including AOL Autos, Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book and Yahoo! Autos.
Dealix is a division of Cobalt Group Inc., a private company that provides auto dealerships with Web sites and other marketing services. Cobalt bought Dealix in 2004.
