Who should attend: Internet Sales Consultants who have been on the job for over one year and have a 12% or greater closing ratio

- Understand the reasons prospects become non-responsive and develop messages to get them to re-engage
- Develop a marketing message for your dealership that will drive traffic to your store
- Design and apply a process to include your effectiveness of phone conversation, even leaving better voicemails, with prospects
